I can’t believe its been 25 years with WCT! Twenty-five years of hard work on the part of so many people…25 years of seeing our audiences grow from 75 at each performance to enjoying nearly sold out Chautauqua and Dinner Theatre shows!
But now it’s time for me to move on. I have been blessed to know you all, blessed to have laughed so hard at some rehearsals that we nearly fell down, and blessed to have seen so many grow in talent and skill.
It has been a wonderful experience.
As with anything else in life, there have been difficult times–decisions I didn’t like making, decisions I might make differently if I could go back, but I can tell you honestly that I honor and appreciate all of you for the hard work and dedication you have given to WCT. Thank you so, so very much, especially for those who have given me so much personal encouragement over the years.
Although I can’t name everyone, I have to say a huge “thank you” to all the “techs” who have literally made the shows possible! No matter how good the stage talent is, if there’s no set, no lights, no sound, or stage manager to pull it all together–there is no show. Many times a valued tech would move away or just “move on.” Every time, God sent the right one just in time–even for our loverly orchestra! Thank you, thank you!!
I am having a total left knee replacement at Baylor in Waxahachie and ask you to pray for me! I really hope for a speedy recovery.
I am sad, but excited at this new step in life! I have to say the biggest thank you to Alan, my husband (46 years!). I could not have done this without him, period.
In closing, thank you, Heavenly Father, for all the blessings in my life. Thank you for the lovely daughter-in-law we got from one of the times WCT did “Fiddler,” my wonderful BFF, Sheryl Sullivan, and for so many others…too many to name.
I’ve had more fun than it ought to be legal to have! Break a leg–and keep laughing!
Love to all of you.

I started working with PJ when I was in 4th grade..I’m now 34. I moved away in 2004. I have really enjoyed working with PJ all those years. I have wonderful memories of all the many shows I was involved in through the years and the new friends I made. Thank you PJ for for the hardwork and devotion that you gave to WCT!!
